I came in 8-8-22 and felt like they didn’t want me there. I needed a haircut before a wedding I was attending so I was hoping for something nice and tight but what I got was loose and lazy. I first walked in and gave her my name and then without saying a word, she just walks back to her station. I then sit down and tell her how I want it and she proceeds to go very quick, rough, and all without saying a word. She seemed like she herself didn’t want to be there. Then when checking out she popped up the total and again, without saying a word just walked away. I could of walked out without even paying. I’m not that type of person so I paid but made sure to not leave a tip. This was an awful first experience at this location and I will not be coming back.

My daughter asked if she could get a bob cut and I happily looked around for a hair salon. I was looking for a more upscale place, but could not find one close to us with last minute openings. We ended up making an appointment here and due to past experiences, I was a little nervous. Wow … were we pleasantly surprised?!?! Our stylist was so kind to my 9 year old and made her look and feel beautiful. We will be going back!

I’m usually picky when it comes to my hair but Vanessa reassured me and did a wonderful job assisting me on a unique look that I believe looked amazing! She also helped me out with a slight beard trim since I’m new to the beard gang. Overall great personality from Miss Vanessa and amazing work! Would definitely be trusting her with my hair again.
