I absolutely love getting my hair cut here. The staff is awesome and they all cut a great head of hair. Always a positive place and great attention to detail. My son loves getting his haircut there too. The stylists always make him laugh and smile. I really can’t say enough about these folks. Honestly, the best place in Huntersville to get your haircut.

Rude !!! Unprofessional I am speaking about Lisa, she has snapped at me and my boys for the last time. We are finished going here. We have been going here since it opened. No more I can’t handle leaving and wish I said something about her behavior. And the worst haircut, my boys each have come home having her haircut. She doesn’t listen she snaps at u.. she is lucky I wasn’t there when she embarrassed my son,, we would of had words. Not good.. we always are polite and patient and always leave a generous tip.WHAT IS YOUR PROBLEM… we are making a formal complaint to the corporate office. Showed up 5 min before closing, Christina who was on her 29th haircut of the day took great care of me. She’s got a great personality and makes you feel so comfortable. She really got me out of a tight spot. Ask for her, you will be in Great hands!

Just finished with the worst haircutting experience at Great Clips. My son had Lisa as a stylist and was looking to change up his hairstyle. We showed her some pictures to try and help explain what he was looking for, and asked if she thought it would work for him with the cowlicks in his hair. She was very rude, and said “I don’t know, you tell me what you want.” I tried to explain again and same rude response. In the end his hair looks ok, albeit a shorter and different style than we were asking for, and she was terrible to work with. If you’re looking for a new hairstyle I would say to ask for anyone there other than Lisa.

The app sucks. It said 25 minute wait. Perfect. Got a text that said ready in 15 minutes. I arrive in 13 minutes, 2 minutes ahead of time app provided only to be told it would be 20 minutes or so to get the haircut. Boooo Beard trim

Critical: Professionalism, QualityTook my son in to address the last great clips hair cut we had this month that left my son’s head with a weird cowlick hair flop at the back of his head. It looked ridiculous! I explained to Lisa, the stylist that honestly he didn’t really need his hair shortened, (he just had it cut) but rather to address this strange hair issue. After s look, she proceeded to cut his hair, all the while telling me to go sit down, As opposed to be near my toddler, slightly uncomfortable. In the end we had exact same hair issue at the back of his hair. She didn’t cut any of it, and when I pointed it out she told me well there’s nothing she could do that’s just his hair. I explained that he’s had many haircuts and these two visits are the only time that he’s left looking like this… if you couldn’t fix the issue, then say so! Why cut his hair again? I’m out $20 and now frustrated. Take your kids to snip its in Huntersville. You’ll pay about the same price but had a much better experience. Took my son in to address the last great clips hair cut we had this month that left my son’s head with a weird cowlick hair flop at the back of his head. It looked ridiculous!
