Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe staff were very nice and welcomed me with my toddler and 6 year old son. Today my son got his first hair cut and the stylist was very patient and kind. The other stylist also did an excellent job cutting my 6 year old son hair too.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityThank you Jenny for giving my mother a hair cut she did not want, spraying her in the eye with hairspray, and ruining my night! I have had to listen to my mother complain about how she wanted a simple cut but she wanted to be able to put it up in a bun on the top of her head. THAT WAS THE ONLY REQUIREMENT and she CANNOT even do that!! Thank you Jenny for giving my mother a hair cut she did not want, spraying her in the eye with hairspray, and ruining my night! I have had to listen to my mother complain about how she wanted a simple cut but she wanted to be able to put it up in a bun on the top of her head. THAT WAS THE ONLY REQUIREMENT and she CANNOT even do that!! Oh and then for all of that she had to pay over $60, which I get my hair, cut, wash, colored all of a little over that price!

Her haircut was so BAD that I proceeded to go home and shave my entire head. Let it be stated that I am a FEMALE who now has to go out in public looking like this because of her horrible 30+ years experience cutting hair. I was hesitant to even go here in the first place but figured I would be fine. Now everyone knows not to go to ANY great clips. I never have written a bad review on any business before but this has to be noted. Last week I received the worst haircut in my entire life from Laurie. Her haircut was so BAD that I proceeded to go home and shave my entire head.
