Took my Mom First and Last visit here. Asked female worker ( cannot call her a stylist) to cut Mom’s hair in a bob style which had grown out some. Observed her cutting her hair just like I would attempt to do with no training, she may as well have put a bowl on her head and cut around it. No shaping whatsoever. She clearly did not know what she was doing.

Critical: QualityI came in and everyone was super friendlyI showed the girl 5 pictures of exactly how I wanted my hair cut. She said it would be no problemSo I don’t know if maybe she didn’t understand what I was saying, or she didn’t look at the photos correctly, but if I had to guess she didn’t know what she was doing and when I called her out halfway through saying there was no way cutting the tips of my hair off over and over again was not going to make my hair style change in the middle of my hair. She then completely ignored me and kept right on chopping at the length. I told her I wanted three inches cut off and by the time she was done she had cut off at least 8 inches. So now I can’t even go somewhere else and let them fix this horrible cut without loosing all my hair. I have not liked haircuts before but until today I have never been embarrassed to go out into public because of a bad haircut.
