I had a great experience at Great Clips! Anna listened to what I wanted to do and wasn’t scared to cut the length off of my hair to go short. She took into account that I have naturally curly hair and made sure I knew my hair wouldn’t look like the picture I showed her. I checked in online and only waited maybe 2 minutes once I arrived. Very satisfied with my cut! Thanks, Anna!

First time and last time, unfortunately. I was the only one in the lobby, my greeting was “There is so much going on (directed toward other employees), did you check in online? (toward myself)” by Lacey. I wasn’t introduced to who would be cutting my hair. I didn’t received any product during cut or offered any products to purchase, which I needed. I didn’t get to check the back of hair with a mirror, as I had about 4 or 5 inches taken off. There was a lot of awkward personal back and forth between the employees, topped with rude and uncomfortable conversations between Lacey and incoming customers. It was so uneasy, I didn’t feel comfortable offering my coupon, on top of my $10 tip or asking about a product to purchase I needed. Horrible, really.

Just went again. Hairstylist was nice overall. However, she talked about my orange hair quite alot. I told her I knew I needed to re lighten but needed to give it a week. She then continued to talk about how blochy it is and call another stylist over to ask what I should do. I just wanted a haircut but left feeling very ugly. If u come for a boost and new style maybe try somewhere positive instead.

The hairdresser did everything I asked them to, the salon had a nice, friendly and quiet atmosphere and everyone was wearing masks which I appreciated. Wasn’t blown away or anything but they definitely had skill/experience I’m definitely happy with the cut. The online check in was accurate and problem-free and I didn’t have to wait very long at all when I arrived.

I love this place!!! After three and a half years of trying to find a stylist that can trim my natural hair as I am growing it out. There is one area of hair that grows very slowly and another that grows fast, but I was sick of leaving a salon with more hair on the floor than on my head! I met Angela and she is a godsend. I will be returning to her for my next trim. Thank you Angela for your great clipping skills. And I was in and out within 30 minutes. That’s hard to beat.

After cutting my own hair, I was left with a very disappointing and terrible result. Deciding only a proper hair salon would be able to salvage it, I drove to this Great Clips and fortunately I was saved! The lady who fixed my hair was very nice, and was able to achieve what I thought would be impossible, and I was actually very satisfied with my haircut afterwards. The process was quick as well, and the wait time was short because of the online-check in queue that Great Clips offers (definitely use this if you’re going).
