The black lady up front checking people in yesterday 1/3/2023 around 1:30pm was super rude, I went in to try and get a haircut since all other salons were booked and this was a last result for me, hopefully you can hire more respectable people with people skills. Rude older woman inside. Not friendly at all. Apparently they are open until 6 on Saturday’s, in theory, anyways. Show up 20 mins before closing, even with nobody waiting, she didn’t want the business. The gentleman in there seemed to not have a problem with me coming in and said he would be right with me, but the woman, was quite rude about it. Will not be coming back to this location again.

As soon upon entering this location. My family felt disrespected. Older lady comes up to us and we’re trying to give her my son’s name and information. She is getting frustrated because she’s having trouble typing his name in. She ask what we would like and I was trying to explain what my son wanted and I was cut off her demeanor was aggressive and very rude.I said I understand what she was saying but my son would like it this way and proceeded to explain what fade style he wanted. She said well there’s different fades. I said I’m aware and how she was explaining it sounds like a bowl cut not a fade. I had to let her know I felt like she was being rude to us for no reason. Then she just turned around and walked off. And we left as well. Never will I take any family member here or recommend anyone…EVER!!!
