Went in to get a bob cut with undercut twice. First time with Stephany, and the second time with Hunter. They were both great! Got me a fresh haircut exactly as I asked. I love the convenience and affordable service. Would definitely go back for more in a few months.

First of all I would like to say our stylist Amanda is incredible every time. I take my three year old in for a cut every month or so. The problem is that the manager in this location is so completely rude. Every time my son and I walk in the door she doesn’t say hello she says where is your mask! She has done this to us three times in a row and I decided today is the last time! Today she told us to leave. My son and I were so excited to be together to get our hair cut and spend time together and she completely ruined it. children are not even required to where a mask at all in this location. This woman has taken this to far. I understand private business has the right to do what they want to run their business, but there is a right way and a wrong way to treat people. Especially those that have 3 year olds with them. I totally believe this woman is putting her own personal feelings and political beliefs in her managerial role. She is abusing her authority and being unkind to those she knows have different views than her. I hope her superiors see this and take it as something they need to speak to her about. She is going to drive more customers out the door than in.

I’ve been a patron of this particular salon since it opened. While they started out great it’s been a precipitous decline in the past 18 months. Not only have prices increased about 140% but the majority of the really good stylists have gone elsewhere. And most recently this location has started to put politics above customer service. With all that in mind, it’s time for me to take my business elsewhere.

My 5 year old son and I went in for a haircut earlier this week. We both received service from Layla. She was fantastic! My son can be stubborn but she was very patient with him. And my haircut is without a doubt the best I’ve had in a very long time. I hope she stays a while. Will be requesting Layla going forward. She is the best!

There is a stylist here, Celeste, who always does a great job and is very nice. However. I was in the area and decided to get a haircut since there was no wait, and the stylists were finishing up. In the 5 minutes I was waiting, other people checked in online, then one of them showed up with 3 kids. Instead of being next, I was then 5th in line. I am a paying repeat customer, standing there with money in hand….

Customer Service was the worst I have ever experienced. Got to the facility one young lady was cutting a customer’s hair. She had to stop to enter my husband name in the computer. Then she finished cutting the man hair she was working on. Then she walked to the back to ask for help. There were 5 individuals in the back that came out. One then rang up a customer who walked to buy product and we still waited for service. After the one that rang up the customer who bought product did they ask if they could cut my husband’s hair. The lady cutting his hair couldn’t see he had a large cut on his head and kept nick it with the clippers. More customers came in and experienced the same unresponsive behavior from the remaining staff. Terrible customer service.

Well staffed. No wait time when I went (Sunday at 1). Friendly. Very happy with service. Relatively cheap too at $14 a cut plus tip. Got a bit rushed at the end when Customers started coming in but I get it, high throughout means more money and less wait time.
