Took my son for a haircut and 5 min into the haircut requested to cut the hair a little shorter showing a picture and was refused saying they cannot do 2 haircuts since we already agreed to to certain length before starting to cut. Never experienced this as any salon would customize during the process of cutting to satisfy the customer. Customer should like the cut you give. Too blunt and non-accommodating

If you have small children nervous about haircuts I would recommend you take them elsewhere. Stylist would not let me stand near my son (4yr) or sit in the vacant chair next to him. Would not let me take his picture either. Never had these problems at other places. Haircut

I had been here 3 weeks back and it was my first visit to great clips. I wish I had a photo of the kind of haircut I wanted. The person attended me was in a hurry and all that she wanted to know was what size clipper should she use. I got an uneven haircut and one of the worse. She completed the job in less than 5 mins. My recommendation for anyone going there is to be upfront and explain or show a photograph of kind of haircut you need. Positive side is that I didn’t have to wait long for the haircut. Checkin online and go there when you see a waiting time of less than 15 mins.

We have been going to this location for awhile now for our kids haircuts. Most of the time it is an OK cut for the price. This last time was icing on the cake. My son is getting to the age where he is wanting a certain hairstyle, we went to this location to try a brand new style that he was excited about. He left feeling upset and his hair was uneven. The lady who we’ve had before was rude and could have cared less about being there or doing his hair. I tried to use a coupon which she wouldn’t honor because she said it had already been used which was not true. I’m over the customer service here.
