I needed a blowout/flat iron for last minute evening plans. I decided to give this place a try as I didn’t need an appointment. I left frustrated and will never again. All I wanted was a blowout and flat iron with a little body towards the bottom as I have naturally curly hair. Justin started my hair and then passed me on to Crystal because he could not do or understand what I wanted, which I thought was pretty simple as I’ve had it done in every other place I’ve gone to do my hair. It took 2 people and I left frustrated with puffy and dry looking hair as they were not able to use flat iron correctly on my roots to flatten down. Honestly was a waste of my time and money as instead of going out I had to go home and fix how my hair was left!!!

Do NOT go here for a haircut. I went in to have my hair trimmed I literally told my hairstylist to cut two inches from my hair and I walked out with 6.5 inches gone, uneven hair, and eyes full of tears. One side of my hair is at least 1″ longer then the other, so more length will need to be cut to correct this. People at work have honestly even commented on how uneven it is. I honestly have no idea how this could even happen…. All I can say is unless you are going to get buzzed don’t go here.

I’ve been there many times and have also brought my kids there. I signed In online and the wait was over an hour so I waited in my car for most of the time. When it got to 15 minutes away I went inside to check in and use the bathroom. The website said I still had ten minutes and there was one other person ahead of me so I went to the car for two minutes. While I was out there website timer went down to 5 minutes so I went back in, but I had been skipped. I waited for a while thinking I would just get put in next, but they wanted to put me to the end of the list so I just left. My previous haircut was bad and this was the last straw. Not worth it.
