I just brought my son there to get his fade tightened up. He’s 16 so he knows how to explain it. The lady with the long black hair basically gave my son a bowl cut. If you don’t know how to do a men’s fade then say so. I’ll never go to another location again. Wasted time and money for the worst cut ever. I knew as soon as he was done how badly it was. He’s too nice to say anything.

Hands down the nastiest attitude woman in there cutting hair. She has no business being a hair dresser. Went yesterday with my 2 year old son, I could tell before she even started that she didn’t want to do it. She started buzzing my sons hair for maybe 2-3 minutes telling him to sit still. I tried saying he was just a 2 year old but couldn’t really talk yet. She slammed her buzzers down on the counter and said she couldn’t do it and we’d have to leave and come back. Went to our normal great clips up the street and they did an amazing job, said he was a great kid and squirming is expected. Gave him a lollipop and he sat there and did great. It’s unfortunate the hairdresser at this location didn’t even take the time of day or really even try, especially since greatclips business revolves so much around childrens haircuts. I strongly, strongly urge any parent to avoid this greatclips.

I’ve been going to Great Clips for years, first time at this location. Astonished at the poor quality and briskness. From the bear trim where they left long hairs everywhere, to the side trim they extended short lengths on to the top of the head, making a basic haircut seem more like a Mohawk than a general guys haircut.

Rather than telling me this the girl took me back and started working on me. I guess she just needed the business. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMy husband royally messed up my son’s hair and I was in panic and anger mode so we emergently ran to Great Clips and Bobbi did an amazing job on his haircut! She fixed it and cut the rest (because my husband only got to do 1 side before I lost my cool). He was upset that his long hair all had to get cut off but he was so pleased and smiling when she was all done. Like I said earlier she did an amazing and nice cut for my son and she was very professional, caring, knowledgeable and understanding of the situation and made my son feel good and confident about his new cut. My husband royally messed up my son’s hair and I was in panic and anger mode so we emergently ran to Great Clips and Bobbi did an amazing job on his haircut! She fixed it and cut the rest (because my husband only got to do 1 side before I lost my cool). I love this Great Clips location because they have the best Professional stylist and hair people of all the branches I have been to. Plus for me. I always use the online check in system and it works just as fine even if I have to wait for a particular hair stylist. However recently and today after my visit I can smell the strong sewer odor inside the salon. It could be a bigger problem but needs to be addressed quickly before it gets worst in summer time. I would suggest having air purifiers like Winix to help eliminate the foul smell temporarily. It is a fairly new building I wonder why they are having that problem. Shoutout to Aleesa who cuts my hair just like a Barber. Excellent all the time.
