One star is too many for the hair cut my 7 yr old was given today! My husband took him so I didn’t see it until they got home but it’s an absolute mess that will need to be buzzed to fix! He said he tried to get the lady to fix it but the second attempt made it even worse! The lady cut his neck all up with the clippers. Didn’t touch his sideburns and he looks like a porcupine.

I’ve taken my 13yo to the Fuquay location for the last few months… the cuts always seem to come out choppy and uneven but we kept trying to give them another chance… The last time we took him in he specifically asked for a trim but walked out with a very short, very different hairstyle then what he walked in with. The hairstylist did not turn him around to look in the mirror during the entire cut or even double check the amount he wanted trimmed before cutting it. He went from about 5-6” of length to about 1-2”of length and was a little upset walking out of the salon… we will not be returning…

This was the visit to get a haircut that you always dream about! It was like a tv beauty shop/ barbershop moment! Everyone in the place was laughing and everyone that was getting their haircut was laughing too and everyone joining in on the laughter and humor was just phenomenal. I came in here with my son today. I had a long stressful day, and he wasn’t in the best mood either walking in. I gotta tell you the staff here is so fun and engaging, we both left grinning from ear to ear, and not just because they got our hair just the way we asked. Never going to another location again.
