I have mistakenly given this place so many chances between myself, boys and mother. They don’t listen at all. I asked for 2″ to be trimmed off and ended up with over 5″ cut off. Also had to ask her to please stop with my angles and attempted to fix at home myself. My boys always end up looking like Dumb & Dumber. Save yourself from disappointment and find somewhere else.

You get what you pay for. Don’t go there. They do a great job for men but for a woman NO. I told the woman specifically NOT to give me layers in the back at least 3 times because I’ve had layers in the past and my hair doesn’t do well with layers . She gave me layers calling it stacking. Stacking doesn’t leave you with hair from your crown 4 inches long. She also used thinning shears on my already very thin hair leaving it VERY uneven in the back. It will take over a year to grow out. I Will NEVER GO BACK and suggest you don’t try them

I went after work at 5:30 and the door was locked. The woman inside opened the door and told she is closing up and not taking any more customers even though the sign and Google said they close at 7:30. The woman said she is refusing to work alone and her manager knows that. Why aren’t you hiring more help if that’s the case or correcting the hours so people don’t waste their time?
