Went to great clips like normal as me and my family always have. I proceeded to get the a terrible haircut while the lady proceeded to not listen to use scissors and use a guard which is not what I asked for. She constantly made remarks about my hair previous to coming and was extremely rude. Due to their service they now lost business with me and my whole family of 5.
