Critical: ProfessionalismI said I was going to let my hair grow out,that I just wanted a trim. She gave me bangs and left me with about 2 inches of hair. I didn’t want bangs and I didn’t have bangs. I said I wanted a trim and she took off about 6 inches. When I saw what was happening I questioned her and she said “you wanted to let the back grow right?” So she was gonna give me a mullet I guess. She cut all hair from around my ears and it looks like she shaved a line into one of my sideburns. It’s uneven,she didn’t shave the neckline right, I didn’t want bangs,that was not trim and I have job interviews this week and I look like an anime character. Maybe it was her first time cutting hair. Idk,but you don’t get to do whatever you want. You’re supposed to do what is asked of you when you cut hair. Never going here again. I’ve never felt so self conscious about my hair before. Her name was Jessica and after idk how many years of going to great clips,I’m done because of her. Avoid this location. I said I was going to let my hair grow out,that I just wanted a trim. She gave me bangs and left me with about 2 inches of hair. I didn’t want bangs and I didn’t have bangs. Positive: CleanlinessPositive was getting a haircut right after the first COVID restrictions had lifted. Everything was tense and felt odd for both the stylist and myself, so take this review with a grain. It was a typical haircut, and I was really grateful for being able to get one. So big stars for being opened and available. Downside was they stated cash only which I thought was unusual, and using credit seemed safer than exchanging money. Positive was getting a haircut right after the first COVID restrictions had lifted. Everything was tense and felt odd for both the stylist and myself, so take this review with a grain. It was a typical haircut, and I was really grateful for being able to get one. So big stars for being opened and available. This African american lady was acting as if she is forced to do my haircut and doing it for free!Apart from behaviour, she was not even competent enough to do the simple cut. Cut was uneven and when i asked her to correct it, she was extremely rude! I could have done better than that at home.Rude and incompetent makes a deadly combination!Worst experience ever i have had with haircut in my life!The staff was extremely rude!
