I told the hair dresser 1/4 inch off the top and 1/2 an inch of the sides and she practically gave me a buzz cut. She then proceeded to charge me 18$ for the exact opposite of what I asked for. I told her to keep it long and she cut almost 2 inches off. 0/10 worst store ever. Hairdresser didn’t even try to start a conversation or be polite. Changing my review. The cut is fine enough, but the store is probably the worst managed store I’ve ever seen. They can’t even open for their stated hours. Not even a note on the door with updated hours or anything. Awful.

Checked online to see the wait time at this Great Clips and it said 5 minutes. They close at 6 pm. I left the house at 5:10pm and arrived 5:20pm. There were two people in the chairs getting their hair cut and no one else in the place. They said it was too late to get a haircut. Wow – I won’t be going back to this location.

Open hour were till 6pm. Register online through app and had an appointment. Showed up as schedule 5:15pm. The worker told me they were closing early. She also turned away several other people. She’s wasn’t rude but wasn’t helpful. Explanation was this location needs two to be working in order to remain open. I spent my time and gas to drive there and my son had an important event the next day. Requested the manger to call and received no call yet. Very unprofessional!

Worst haircut I’ve ever received. I’m a 30 year old guy who wears his hair in a pretty standard side part. I asked my “stylist” to use the electric clippers around the sides and back and use scissors on top, leaving the top longer so I could still style my hair as it was when I walked in. While she did use scissors on top and clippers around the sides/back, she cut the top so short that I couldn’t part my hair at all after. She also cut it so short/unevenly that all my bald spots showed through – which she tried to convince me was a good thing. I could have done a better job cutting my hair myself jumping headfirst into a woodchipper. I’ll never be returning to this establishment or any other Great Clips.
