I have been using this location for several weeks now. I receive exceptional service and a great cut every time. I appreciate how personable and kind the staff are and I like being able to see if there is a wait online. I have never had any trouble getting in for a quick cut. As a Johnston County REALTOR, I need services like hair cuts to be quick so that I can run from one showing to another to a closing without spending a lot of time (or money) on errands. I have never had any trouble with a quick, convenient cut and will be back again and again!

I just keep getting more upset every time I look in the mirror. I had pretty long hair and asked for it to be cut to my shoulders with long layers that frame my face. I can’t even begin to explain what I ended up with. A huge choppy mess including bangs. She kept telling me to look down and when I looked up I gasped. I went to the car and cried. She was a really sweet girl but she can’t cut hair. I now have to get a stylist to try and salvage this mess. Not really sure if that is possible. Please be careful when visiting this location. At least hair grows back.

I checked in online, walked in the store and was told the wait was 15 minutes. After waiting an extra 30 minutes on top of the 15 minute wait, I decided to walk out due to the fact that one of the stylists was taking about Diet Coke and it’s affects on your health after the guys haircut was finished. Mind you they had 2 people waiting, but she decides to take the extra 30 minutes to talk about Diet Coke.

Took my grandsons for a haircut for their 1st day of school. Didn’t notice till I got home in good lighting that the sharp haircuts I paid and tipped for a total of $30 was all kinds of jacked up. Long pieces of hair sticking out all over the buzzed areas making it look fuzzy and uneven. Bad clippers maybe, but it happened to them both with separate “stylists.” I will just do it myself next time.
