I couldn’t find a minus star, the hair cut that my son got doesn’t even deserve one star I can’t believe that a professional stylist will do a terrible job at something that they went to school for! I would understand if this is a student trying to learn but this this is a professional place and we paid to get a nice hair cut not to ruined their hair!

First time at this location. out at the end of S Elm. Stylist that cut my hair was very attentive in listening to the way I liked it cut. She sent me out of there with a really great cut. For a first time cut from a new stylist she really delivered her talents. Unfortunately I’ve had a rash of bad cuts recently. I am more thankful to her. I’ve been going here for over 3 years and they have had many stylists in and out of there, and there is always one girl at various times that just excels more than the rest, and right now as of ( April 2022) that would be Tiffany. Cutting hair is really a craft for her, she takes her time, she listens, she is so talented, friendly, approachable etc. I love her to death and Noone else is allowed to cut my hair. I even got her business card with her phone number in case she moved to a different salon( have had that happen more times than I could count) I always tip her at least 75%, because haircuts at this location aren’t even 20.00, and to walk away happy everytime ( 3 haircuts in a row) is a big deal for me.

Arrived at 5:18pm on 2/19. Once parked, the two ladies locked the door and went to the back of the salon. Myself and another potential customer were at the door. I knocked & asked why the door was locked at 5:18pm & her response was “We stop & clean up at 5:15pm”. I’d say this was poor service & I’m sure it’s against company policy. I’ll definitely be reporting to corporate.
