Most of the time i go here its fine and i get a good haircut. However multiple times now ive come in to get my sides and back trimmed and have left less than satisfied. I keep my hair in a bun/ponytail and the past few times ive been there they havent put my hair down and just assumed that the ponytail didnt have any short hairs. Now i have a border of short hairs that crown the ponytail and judging from experience when i go next time im sure theyll say something about the last person to cut my hair even if it was them.

Went in as a walk-in lady comes up to the counter and without so much as welcome gave an attitude that we didn’t check-in online and wanted to make an appointment the whole time very snippy about making the appointment which in turn made me as a customer not want to come back. Will not come back due to very poor customer service.

I came in on my lunch break (yes lol) and was checked in and immediately taken care of. Keri was my stylist today and she was very nice and personable. She is from their Lexington location she said. She gave me exactly what I showed her for my haircut from a photo reference. She did amazing! I did a BIG chop. I would recommend Keri for a stylist to anyone who is looking for a haircut. Will be returning for her!

Had 3 people in front of me but it still went pretty fast. I absolutely love what she did too my hair. It had a bunch of dead ends and was flat. She cut off the dead ends, put layers in it, and gave it souch more body.
