If your looking for just a trim this is a good place to go. They seem to do better with men’s haircuts than womans I would say. I went there once to get 2 “outside” braids done, just to try and beat the heat but still look cute. It took a long time (my hair is shoulder length) and wasn’t the best, especially for paying 26 dollars. I haven’t had a color done there or any other style so I don’t have an opinion on that.

Too much employee turn-over. Has a good stylist for 3 visits (Yennifer). Was looking forward to the consistency and then she was gone. Apparently happens alot at this location. Only had one really bad cut over the past two years though

I asked for a simple straight across cut no layering to remove some length, she even touched my back to indicate where it would finish. I do not remember her name but I will not be returning that’s for sure. My hair ends just below my neckline if that. I am not a conventional person, she saw my face she knew I was not happy, so very upset.

It’d be great if the ladies in here knew how to cut men’s hair. My boyfriend is so upset with his haircut! He always gets a 6 to a 5, with a 5 on his beard as well. She mixed them up and it’s now longer on the sides than it is on top. Plus, she had to ask a fellow stylist if his back hairline was straight. It wasn’t, and had to be fixed by the other stylist.

Was gonna donate hair to locks of love. Hair must be 12 inches b4 it’s a free cut. But I only got bout I to 9 inches. Cost is few dollars more than I had. So I’m going back on payday. To the one by pet co , definitely not the one at riverbirch.
