I’m soo upset, I have always been so careful about my hair for the longest. I went to great clips because I have heard good things, the lady was nice but my hair looks so bad. I had asked the lady for layers and that’s what she gave me it really looks like someone just put scissors in my hair and didn’t know what they were doing. The before and after of my hair. In the experience I had at this great clips, opposed to others, I’ve never had a bad haircut. The hairdresser, specifically Ms. Batman, has always provided the best opinions when confronted with a new hairstyle or option. Her techniques have never made me out to look awkward or unpleasant. She is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. I will continue to go to this great clips as long as she is there.

I would have gave them 5 stars but because of how long the wait for another people and the other employees not coming to check in people I felt to only do 4 stars. My hair stylist was Christina and she was lovely and fast check me in immediately and had a great personality. But, I felt bad having to watch other people still wait and had been there longer.Overall great place just felt uncomfortable after having to sit and watch other people wait longer 15- 20 mins.

Patrick did a wonderful job. Seems to be very experienced and has knowledge of what he is doing. However the other lady cutting hair was something else. She has short red curly hair. There is a long line and she decided that she was going to eat and leave Patrick by hisself. Poor business move right there. Yes you might be “starving” but you need to take care of your customers first or you will not have any to take care of!!! When I was leaving there was a man in there waiting and his daughter had dropped him of and she finally went back and got him cause she said she couldn’t wait any longer. I hope Patrick stays here. I really like him, the other lady…….not so much!!!!

Ms.Tina Yarbouruogh was the stylist for my wife & I. She was the only stylist in the shop. She did my cut first & then had to cut my wife’s hair right after because the other stylist,Tiffany Clark, came in late & refused to cut my wife’s hair. She, Tiffany Clark, was rude & passive aggressive towards my wife & deleted my wife’s name from the digital wait list. We called the store mgr. to inform her of her employee’s inappropriate behavior.
