My anxiety makes it difficult for me to do task like get my haircut. Went in for a fade came out with not a fade. To my understanding a fade is a fade not just one guarded buzz cut (I receive the largest guard) thought the the process would go: start with a big guard then fade on the bottom with a smaller guard for the clippers. One side of my head is uniformed while the other isn’t. I should have left when my anxiety said to as soon as I sat down I felt a bad vibe about it. I was told to bring in a picture for reference but every time i do it’s always different or nothing like the picture. I keep going back to this place but why?? For me it’s the Convenience for being right down the road… looked around and it seemed other customers was getting handled differently(this could just be my anxiety). The experience was AWFUL. I will NEVER be back. We have came multiple times trying each lady out and I have NOTHING nice to say about any of them! They are rude, impatient especially the older skinny lady. The only reason we kept coming back was because it’s so convenient but I will drive 30 miles just to go to Archdale great clips where we feel welcome and was greeted with smiles instead eye rolling!!
