I have a mixed review here. I am leaving it at 1 star because my hair is still a mess. I went in Saturday Jan. 6th for a quick trim and a cut for my son as well. My stylist Gloria did an awful job. She basically decided to go against what I asked of her and added layers to my hair. I started by telling her I just wanted a trim as I was trying to grow my hair back out. She held up my hair and asked me how much she should take off. We agreed on about a half an inch. She tried to talk me into a little more but I said no thanks. About halfway through I noticed she was doing layers and reminded her that I was trying to grow it out not cut it off. I checked the hair on my cape and it didn’t look like she was taking too much off so I let her finish. When she was done, I checked my hair and it was dramatically shorter on the right side. I was in shock. I told her it was uneven and she tried to explain that it was the way I parted my hair that made it look that way. I broke down in front of the stylist, other customers, and my 11 year old son. My son’s stylist Theresa stepped in and tried to help. She refused to let me leave in tears and offered to try and fix my hair. It wasn’t until we parted down the middle that we really understood how awful a cut I had. Gloria had taken nearly three inches off the top of the right side but maybe one on the left. The cut makes no sense. Theresa was a in a nervous sweat trying to right someone else’s wrong. She was able to thin my hair out and reduce the bluntness of the bad cut but not able to fix it. My only options were to cut my hair off into a angled bob above my chin to even my hair out or wear my hair wavy and pinned everyday until it grows out enough to fix it. What should have been a 30 minute visit turned into 2 hours on a day that I had 2 major events to attend. I am frustrated and upset about my hair but still grateful that Theresa was there that day. I am doubtful that I will return even though I have never had an issue before. Dealing with this awful hair cut is making me regret ever going. I did reach out to corporate about this.

I drive about 10 miles out of my way to go here because the haircuts I have gotten were good. Problem is their customer service is not. If it is within an hour of closing and they have several people waiting, they lock the doors. No “I’m sorry, we have no room for today, would you like to make an appointment?” They pretend you are not standing at the door. This has happened a couple of times. Today is the last.

I take my son here all the time and he gets a great haircut. The wait time is fast and the staff does great. Men’s haircuts are great. Would highly recommend men cuts here. Cannot say for women.
