Went to Oakridge commons in NC for a hair cut asked for long bob. There are long strings hanging down that I did not notice at the time because I am visually impaired. Honestly, I want my money for the haircut and tip back. I never want to go back. I don’t understand how someone can mess up a simple bob.

Will not got back. My son had spent over a year growing his hair out with long gorgeous curls. We went to Great Clips to simply trim up the underside which i explained to two stylists several times. Literally holding in my hand physically showing her the only hair i wanted cut. While i turned around to explain what i wanted done to my second son’s hair the first stylist proceeded to cut off all my son’s long gorgeous hair to match that part that we wanted trimmed up the bottom. My son is devastated. He worked so hard to grow his hair. I am livid that someone can’t listen and follow simple instructions. The stylists seemed more concerned with naming a style out of a book to be able to label what they were going to do than listening to the extremely clear instructions that came from me. Left looking like shaggy from Scooby Doo. I now have to try to salvage this two day s before graduation. I will not set foot back in that Great Clips.

Never made it to the chair. Made appointment for 85 yr old mother with Alzheimer’s . Sat and waited while management took a food break. It was very clear that none of them wanted to cut her hair. As they talked in whispering voices about us. Then the manager confronted me in the parking lot asking me why she didn’t want her hair cut! Then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t help it, that she had to have a break. Horrible elder service!
