I hate writing bad reviews but I’m still mad about my haircut. I know it’ll grow back but she didn’t handle it well. Once I reviewed it and said “it’s a lot shorter than I wanted” I got the response of “I know, I’m sorry about that” so just be careful on who you get. I’m sure the other ladies are experienced.

I got a trim here on 3/23 and debated leaving a review. I have long hair and just needed a trim, the employee brushed my hair all to the back and trimmed about 1-2 inches off. She then said I was finished. I was surprised and said ‘already’? So, anyway I checked out and left. Later that day I noticed my hair was very uneven. Very disappointed.

This is one of the smaller Great clips stores. Bonita was excellent. Another stylist was having a bit of a struggle with my daughter’s hair but Bonita was able to jump in and completed in time for us to make it to our show at the Tanger outlet.

She was completely empathetic and listened to my situation, and went above and beyond to make it right by me. She even offered to touch up/fix the problems with my haircut same day or the next day, so I went in today. Again, she was fantastic. She went over my options at its current length to make sure I knew what to expect if she were to touch it up. I walked in wearing a hat and walked out sporting the finished result, needless to say I feel so much better about my hair cut now. Malika normally cuts my hair and is 5 stars, hands down AWESOME!! But today, Dorothy cut my hair… she doesn’t understand what face framing is. She cut angled bangs. Not what I wanted at all and didn’t bother to style at the end. Next time I will wait for Malika!!!! Dorothy seems very uncertain of herself. The layers looked good, she did miss some hair that I fixed at home though. At least hair does grow back!
