I went to this salon the other day and asked for long layers, It’s the same cut I get everytime im there ( only been once before this and it was actually good because she was very experienced and only there because she was between jobs). I told the lady I want long layers and the last layer to be up to my chin. I didn’t realize this while i was there, because my hair was wet, but she gave me regular layers. And while she was combing my hair she was yanking on my knots even though she could see I was holding it down from the root to prevent breakage she chose to not pick up the technique even though she said herself that I am tender headed and just don’t like my hair to be pulled out. I went back the next day when i saw I didn’t get the right cut, she continued to pull on my knots and though she did get the type of cut right this time, i had to show her pictures, there was once again something wrong with it. This time my hair was uneven it was very noticeable but i fixed it myself because even though I was very polite and its my right to get it corrected and it was very obviously the wrong cut they gave me bad look for going back so I did not want to go back. Definitely not worth 17$, id rather go to an actual salon that is not a chain and full of inexperienced people for just 3 more dollars. Great clips is definitely a hit or miss, but more of a miss. Even if you come with a picture you will still most likely walk out with a sloppy lopsided cut. Didn’t get no coupon or discount for next time to make up for it, just bad looks and bad expierence. An actual salon tend to put products in your hair as well and take care to not pull out your hairs and they take pride in their trade. Don’t pay a few dollars less for a sloppy hair cut, its definitely not worth it, you might as well do it yourself.

I took my son to get his neck and ears trimmed which is what I told the stylist. I even made sure to tell her not to cut his length just clean up the neck and ears. She took it upon herself to give him a full haircut. Then charged me for a haircut ($14) instead of what I asked for which is $5. Was not at all happy with what I asked for being ignored.
