Normally would not step foot in a chain hair salon, but when I just need a clean up it’s a quick inexpensive option. Had a good experience, but I am disappointed in the position stylists are put in. I get that these are tough times, but there needs to be more than two stylists. You are losing valuable business as I witnessed a few individuals walk out due to the wait. I must say, both stylists stayed clam, composed, and did their job. Kudos.

Let’s start at the beginning, I have gone to many great clips in many cities and never had an experience as bad as this one. I set an appointment for 35 mins out, after I set the appointment, I arrived at the location about 7 mins before my scheduled time. There was 4 employees, 3 hairdressers and 1 receptionist. We waited and watched their lunch get delivered and everyone stopped working for I waited an additional hour for me and my wife to get haircuts. Then I get my hair cut by Sydney who proceeds to take five mins to complete my hair cut, which Is typically fine, I go and I paid for both me and my wife’s haircuts $37/ for both, I gave $60 for both haircuts and both tips. I get outside and my wife tells me that about half of my hair line has original length hairs, the overall length was sparratic and un-uniform. My wife on the other hand came out Absolutely great. Overall my experience was that of an absolutely horrible haircut, if I could give zero stars I would. I ended up having to completely shave my head upon arriving home.

The last hair cut I get there before this time was in 2020 coz they don’t know how to cut here just big name for bad service . Today I have to get here cut coz I’m leaving out of the state for business I went there coz my homeboy traveling overseas but I wish I never went there . Great clips used to advertise “just walk in” for a hair cut. Last week, I walked in & asked for a particular stylist, & was told one person was ahead of me. I waited for 40 minutes as 4 “call-ins” walked in during that time. The stylist apologized as she kept taking the next “call in”. If I knew that all “call-ins” would have been taken before me, I would have made an appt before I walked in! After 40 minutes of waiting, & still waiting for those ahead of me, I walked out. I can make an appt at any hair salon, so I DO NOT plan on going to GREAT Clips ever again!

I came in due to losing my hair because I have stage 4 cancer. There was a 65 minute wait which I was willing to wait for. However 2 stylist became available. One took the guy in front of me while the other proceeded to clean the doors and the counters. I walked up explain my situation and he took me back. He did a terrible job of shaving my head. It’s not a clean shave at all and then charged me $16 for something that is falling out naturally anyway. The service was rude and very inconsiderate. I left in tears.
