Asked them to do one thing and they just shaved the kids hair off and didn’t do anything I asked them to do , they just shaved their heads right before Christmas. Very disappointed, if you like to get your head shaved go here if you want to get your hair cut go some where else .

Horrible!!! We stopped going to the Great Clips in Clemmons and now we have to stop coming to the Great Clips in Mocksville. Horrible customer service and can’t even get a decent fade on my 10 year old son. Now we have to drive all the way to Winston to get it fixed at the Barber shop inside Hanes Mall.

Totally regret going here ! I went in for a long Bob and came out with chopped hair ! Stay away from the girl with the thick black hair with tattoos. Or better yet , the whole establishment.
