Took my baby boy here for his first haircut. Couldn’t rate as soon as we left because I was too emotional and would have given a poor rating based off my heart absolutely breaking. But 5 hours later I can admit it looks wonderful and he looks very handsome. They were patient, played Cocomelon, FAST (because a 2 year old has the attention span of a goldfish), and included me in the process. Thank you ladies for a wonderful first experience

Assistant manager claimed that a high fade with sides 0, top 3 would be impossible bc “it wouldn’t blend well. there would be a line” so she gave the haircut she wanted which was gapped up, not a fade and didn’t look like I had received a haircut. Went to university pkwy great clips, they fixed it like I wanted in 10min and did great. thank you all at university … king has issues!! Assistant manager needs retraining. the lady who uses the line excuse for not giving fades…. never heard it before in 20yr.

WHO GAVE THIS LADY A LICENSE??? I think her name is Kathy and she cut my hair DRY when I had just brushed it and I have wavy and frizzy hair.. I told her I wanted a straight cut and she couldn’t manage to do that. It looks terrible, I could’ve cut it myself. It’s a shame that people have to go through this when all they want is a haircut.
