Normally I have a great experience. Yesterday, the woman who cut my hair ignored what I wanted and proceeded to cut my hair the way she thought it needed to be cut. Her decision was not good, and nowhere close to how I wanted it cut. I tried correcting her several times, but she ignored me, and started scraping, cutting, and going too close with the razor, drawing blood, apparently as a way to get back at me. Additionally, she was overweight, and pressed her entire belly against me the entire time, which was disgusting, and her high pitched, childlike voice, was grating on everyone’s ears. The other customers and I all made jokes hoping that she wouldn’t be cutting our hair while we were waiting. Overall, very disappointed, but I gave the review two stars because of prior good experiences at this Great Clips. If she’s there next time, I’m not even walking into the door, I’ll find somewhere else.

I still put 4 stars because Brittany did a great job of fixing my hair and gave me exactly what i wanted. But the previous hair dresser gave me almost no layers and face frame, and spent most of her time tangling my hair with her comb and pulling it out. The reason for my review is because I actually told her I don’t use combs for this reason and its ripping my hair out but She continued to be rough to the point were I just wanted out of the chair.
