Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI walked in and I have been here before however it’s been years, and now I remember why. I was second on the list but only person in there. Lady gets done cutting hair while the other two are working on other customers. This lady goes to her station, spends 10 minutes scrubbing her shoes on the chair of which someone would be sitting on then diassapears for another 5 minutes and then leaves and said see you all later. At this time there was 3 of us in the waiting room. As I was leaving a customer stated that the wait time is a joke. I told him what happened and he and I left. Horrible service. Lady gets done cutting hair while the other two are working on other customers. For the most part I’ve had positive experiences at this location. All 3 of my kids have gotten there hair cut here. Ages vary 1-4, they did amazing with my kids. With myself I’ve only had issues with a particular cosmetologist that has cut my hair completely uneven the only 2 times I’ve had her. Its probably do to the fact she’s either distracted by her kids or just getting distracted talking to other clients she isn’t even on. But other than her. Everyone else has been very nice and quite helpful.

Some staff are friendly, but one in particular is quite rude. Both times we have been in for a haircut she skipped over us to serve the next walk-in, after we had been waiting quite a while. The first time I thought maybe it was a mistake, but the second time it was obviously not. Maybe she doesn’t like children, or maybe she is not able to cut children’s hair. Either way, it was really rude and we will spend our money elsewhere.

Cheapish. Fast service. They do the minimal here. Quick Mediocre Trims should be their name. I’ve went here multiple times, and they will not even blow dry your hair after they are the ones that wet it. Even when I’ve asked repeatedly to please blow dry it, they do for 2 seconds then kick you out of the chair.

To keep repeating the same actions & getting the same results = STOP DOING THAT. In the years I have gone to Great Clips Pike St Parkersburg, I’ve had 1 stylist who even attempted to follow my requests. I keep thinking, ” this is a different one, maybe”. Today was the last time. Always show a picture & don’t expect it to be exact but geewhizz . At the Longest point, my hair is 1.5 – 2″ in length. When I asked if there was a mirror to see the back, she said “Mirror?? NO” Finally she pulled out a drawer & handed one to me; I know why she didn’t want to give me one Yes I gave a more than deserved tip
