I did online check in a while back and when I arrived there were 3 people already waiting. I was told that although I was checked in I had to wait until the walk ins were done. Fair enough. Today I went in and although the door rings when opening I stood at the counter for a few minutes no one checked me in. I sat down and about 10 minutes later a new employee came in and asked for my info and checked me in. Meanwhile 2 customers came in and had done the online check in. Imagine my dismay when one of them who hadn’t been there 5 minutes was called next. I had been waiting almost 25 minutes and seeing another online customer who would be put ahead of me I left angry. You should have more than 1 hair dresser working. So if I check in online the walk ins are ahead of me. When I walk in the online check ins are ahead of me. Your management is poor. I won’t be coming back.

Facility is always very clean and staff are always really nice. Wasn’t real pleased with the new girl who cut mine and my husband’s hair she didn’t do what I ask at all. Definitely will be requesting my regular lady.

My haircut looks okay—but it isn’t what I asked for at all. The stylist cut at least 6-8in off my hair despite me saying at least three times I wanted to keep my length. After spending almost four years growing my hair out, I can’t express how disappointing this is. She didn’t start my layers where I asked for them to be started, and she didn’t shape my hair the way I asked for in the back. Like I said, my haircut doesn’t look bad, but it’s not what I wanted at all. It seems like the stylist just did a cut she was comfortable with, rather than what I asked for. Very upset and disappointed, as there’s literally no way for me to fix it.
