While I was there, some boomer came is causing a huge scene about him having a problem with the great clips app. It was something that the employees there have no control over. This place ruined my son’s hair. All I asked was for a simple cut around his head. The young girl doesn’t seem to know how to cut hair at all. I called and asked who her name was, and they refused to give me her name. Although, this isn’t the first time his hair has been cut terribly at this location. I thought that I’d give it another try today, but nope. I wouldn’t waste your time at this location. Super Cuts is down the road and they do a wonderful job for around the same price.

Got their app, made appt, and was in chair 30 min later. My hair had gotten out of control since Covid. The girl that cut my hair did such a great job! Did exactly what I asked. They take your temperature before you can enter and take all health precautions. Prices are very reasonable.

The staff did a great job cutting mine and my son’s hair and they got us in and out pretty quickly. Neither of us had appointments but they took us back in less than 10 minutes after our arrival there. We are both very satisfied with our haircuts and will be going back again and would recommend them to anyone.

Asked for 2- 2 1/2 inches cut off. Please do not go here. I left with the entire bottom layer of my hair 7 inches shorter. We asked her to stop and she was very rude and kept saying comments such as “it’s just hair it will grow back” etc. I wish I could give no stars. Haircut

Took my girls (9) and (4) to the forest location for hair cuts. (01/21/2021) I checked in online and did not arrive within a certain time so they removed them from the list. The gentleman at the desk was rather rude while checking us back in. We waited for over 30 minutes and still did not get any service. A lady had finished cutting someone’s hair and Proceeded to sit there and not take us back. We were the only ones waiting at this point. Then someone walked in and she took them right back. We ended up just having to leave and go somewhere else. I would not recommend this location. The staff was just rude in general.
