I’m new in town and had a great experience. Estelle did a wonderful job cutting my hair as well as my kid’s spite him flailing around like a wet, slippery seal. She was very kind, professional and remained calm with my kid. My son does not like his hair being touched by anyone. She definitely has the patience of a saint. The on-line check in was not honored. I checked us in 10 minutes out with 0 minutes waiting time. We walked in as they finished up a cut. We were numbers one and two on the screen. Two people were in the waiting room. They took them next. They were numbers 3 and 4 on the screen. Ten people could have came in after we checked in on line and we would have been waiting.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to Great Clips and got one of the worst haircuts ever!! I went in for a quick trim and came out with 3” gone. Along with this amount taken off. She didn’t take time to look at my hair (I have naturally curly hair so it was still curled). She didn’t even wet it down to get a straight cut. I now have short hair-after I had to pay another and get it fixed. The front was also cut shorter so I will have to grow it out all over again. I went to Great Clips and got one of the worst haircuts ever!! I went in for a quick trim and came out with 3” gone. Along with this amount taken off. She didn’t take time to look at my hair (I have naturally curly hair so it was still curled). She didn’t even wet it down to get a straight cut. It’s always hard trying to find someone to cut my sons hair and them listen to me when I say the way his cowlick is. It sticks up some kind of bad when not done properly. I always got told, ” I got it. I understand.” Yet they never did, but the ladies at Great Clips truly listened and understood!!! Thank you so very much!!!

Just moved around the area and have used great clips for a while now. The 1st time I went in (3 to 4 months ago) wasnt a good experience and one of the worse haircuts i had. Actually had to buzz my hair. Went into give it a 2nd try and wow so much better and quick. Mrs. Shorty was my stylist and shes very different and awesome. Shes also honest, blunt and opened. Thank you I will be back to see you again.
