It was just okay. When you walk in no one speaks to you. I sat there and then checked myself in no one said a word until they were done with their client and checking out. Then and only then did she ask if I had checked in and took my son back. She wasn’t rude but wasn’t friendly at all. I wont be coming back. It was expensive haircut and the customer service was severely limited.

My experience at Great Clips was nothing short of fantastic! Customer service was first and foremost in their eyes! I was treated like family from the moment I walked in the door until I was given a hug as I left. The manager was cutting my hair and I saw the owner helping out the stylists by cleaning for them which said a lot to me about this work family. The place smells absolutely wonderful and the atmosphere was a reminder that there are still great people in the world. My haircut was perfect and the price was unbeatable. Both of the kids loved their haircuts and as far as I’m concerned, we will look no further than Great Clips in Altavista when it’s time to get our haircuts. Thank you to the owner, the manager, and the stylist that made our visit a fantastic one!! We will see you soon!!

I had heard bad things about this place and I’ve had bad experience in the past at other places.Well I got tired of my hair and needed a haircut so I went to great clips walked in and from the start they were so friendly finally it was my turn to get my hair cut I sat down and showed the lady what I wanted and let her do her thing. My stylist was Jessica and she did an amazing job she was very professional and super nice. Most wont have a convo with you while cutting hair but she did. She was the best and I love my haircut.thank you Jessica and thank you great clips. I recommend this place

I went in and showed what I wanted with a Picture and told her that I wanted a inverted bob with layers, wanted it chin length. She butchered my hair, it is way shorter than what I wanted, i am horrified by it. It is so short it can’t be fixed. I will never go there again. My hair is in no way even and is cut like a mans hair would be in the back. I am truly horrified and have to go out like this. I don’t even want to leave my home. The look on my husbands face when he seen it said it all. We are in shock..
