Out of ten times I have been dissatisfied with results once. The woman cutting my hair was acting so nice I felt bad to speak up and tell her…well, that she simply didn’t layer my hair. That being said; nine out of ten times my hair was cut as I asked and even exceeded my expectations in being sure to frequently ask me my opinion and what I think about my hair so far in ways that make you comfortable to disagree or change your mind. You do not need an appointment just for a cut which is marvelous. Wait time is very fast. This is my new place as a very picky guy with long thick hair if left to grow and to get my hair cut and kept short with layers in it.

I told the girl it was uneven before I left but she insisted it was. The next day at church, a couple people commented that it was longer on one side. I went back to great clips after church. They redid it but the girl who recut my hair (different girl) wasn’t that nice about it. She wasn’t ugly but she acted like I was an imposition.

If you have the “Manager Only” cut or style your hair then you’ll be okay. But, my family and I have had some bad experiences with any body else doing our hair other than the Manager herself!! I’m not trying to be mean at all but those other ladies need alot more practice at cutting hair &/or styling hair….

I got my haircut today and the employees were very lovely. The price was quite cheap- only $14 for a haircut, that should’ve been my first sign not to come here. I asked for bangs and I’m not very happy with the result, they’re very uneven and thin. The woman who did my hair was very sweet and so I didn’t make a fuss, I’m just recommending you don’t come here if you want bangs.

Critical: QualityMy husband took our 2 11-year-old daughters to get haircuts here. They were both very clear that wanted their hair cut so it rested on thier shoulders and they could still pull it back in ponytails. Although the stylist who did one of my daughter’s hair did a fine job. The other stylist completely chopped off my daughters hair and left long uneven strands behind. This was an awful experience for my poor daughter who starts middle school next month. Terrible haircut and terrible listening skills. I love that I can check in online. It tells me how long of a wait there is, usually by the time I arrive they are ready for us. Even if walk ins are sitting waiting, we get to go before them since we did online check in. I took away one star because I would prefer to choose the stylist but you get whichever stylist is available. I love that you get a $2 coupon for your next visit on the bottom of your receipt.

Ask for Stephani! Went here because my normal barber is out of town, and she got me in and out in 10 minutes and did as good or better as my normal stylist! Said she’s been cutting hair for 22 years and it shows. Awesome haircut for the price!

I have a really hard time finding people who know how to handle my thick, curly hair. I usually rely on an expensive stylist, but today I was in a hurry and stopped here as it was the closest place. It had been half a year since my last haircut, it was beginning to dread even though I wash and condition almost everyday. I went in, briefly explained what I wanted, and they had my hair perfect, I could keep growing it out with no issues. They really knew what they were doing, and knew how to make me feel comfortable throughout the experience instead of worried about how it would turn out. I highly recommend this place.
