Great service for a good price. I like how they save my hair style on file so regardless who cuts my hair it comes out the way I like it. Worst experience. The staff is a rookie. She only knows how to use the tool. Any requirements will be ignored. Maybe it is a good place for the people who has long hair since it doesn’t need any style. If you have short hair, avoid this place. You can get the same haircut even on your own. Haircut

I went there for a simple short pixie cut I have had most of my life. The associate that cut my hair couldn’t do the cut but instead of saying she couldn’t do it she proceeded to cut the back of my hair, never even touched my bangs or side of my hair saying it wasnt long enough (at 5 inches long lol!!!!) For this 1 and 1 half inch cut!! She never let me see the back of my hair and when I got home I saw why and immediately started CRYING. She had gapped my hair up BADLY. I had to be at work within 2 hours so I rushed to hokie hair and THANK GOD those girls fixed my hair. They couldn’t believe a professional had done that!!
