I am pleased with the haircut and service. I couldn’t get exactly what I wanted and the stylist explained why it wouldn’t look right which I appreciate her doing. She had to leave a couple of times to greet new people or get the phone, but it was only two employees there and a lot of customers so I have no issue with that, it’s not her fault. I feel like she did a pretty quick job too. Would return again.

Unimpressive haircuts. what do you expect at this price point. The app however is truly garbage. Checked in. 45 minute wait time, fair enough. I get a text that there is 15 minutes left so I get in the car and head over. As I am walking in the app updates from 8 minutes to 36 minutes. I ask the lady behind the counter about it and she says ” Oh yeah it does that sometimes, I don’t know why” I ask if I’ll have to wait the 36 minutes and she says yes if there are other people in front of me. There are. So I go to run some other errands and she took me off the list and I am no longer checked in on the app. The new wait time is 58 minutes.
