If I could rate it 0 stars I would!!! I am not sure what the stylist didn’t understand, after repeating myself 3 different times that I only want 2 inches off. I came in with my hair touching my butt. and left with it being on my shoulder this was the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. Uneven in the front / SIDES. Plus it took 2 years for my hair to be that length. The older red head lady didn’t even bother to ask to fix it, just ADMITTED she cut a lot longer than I requested and asked how I was gonna pay. Now I have to pay more money to fix the mistake I am so upset with Great Clips and the overall horrible experience

Only complaint was we got a email for a 8.95 haircut. It did not have any type of expiration date attached. Went to use the coupon offer clicked on link and it said it had expired. We ended up spending and additional 10.00 .we are both seniors. This offer was sent about 2 weeks after our previous haircut. Haircut

I signed in through the app for a hair cut for my daughter, first day of school tomorrow, around 2:30pm. The app said that the salon closed at 6pm. My wait time was originally 104 minutes. At 4:04pm, I checked the app for an update on my wait time and it said the salon was closed. The app then said “special hours” closing at 4pm. I called and the call was answered. I was told that the manager did not update the app and said that no one was there cut my daughter’s hair. Not happy that I waited over an hour and a half and then the hair cut was cancelled. Also, that this was not communicated to people in the queue waiting.

I asked for layers and got a mullet. The station was not very clean, I could see other people’s hair all over the tools. The service was not very welcoming and I felt like an inconvenience the entire time. The stylist had the audacity to tell me I should have shown her a picture. I should have read the reviews before stopping by. DO NOT GO HERE! Your hair is not safe.

I usually get a decent haircut here, but in a recent visit I was told I couldn’t get the haircut I have gotten for many years. I couldn’t get an 8 on top because the stylist cutting my hair refused to use anything greater than a 6. It was a very suprising and dissapointing experience.

This is my go to place! Great service! I do not agree with the check in online getting served before those physically in store. It’s OK to check in online. But only to let them know you are coming for a hair cut. Physical presence takes precedence over online check in.

They do an ok job cutting hair, but the app isn’t used to set the order of customers. I signed in with the app for a 0 minute wait, got there, told them may name from the screen, and watched a she called another customer back and I had to wait when the app said I would not.
