Critical: Professionalism, QualityWorst haircut of my life. I have never cried after getting a haircut but this is basically a mullet. After I said some of the layers were way too short she just kept cutting. Now I have to pay for another haircut elsewhere to get it fixed (what they can fix, which isn’t a lot) and wait for my hair to grow out. Not only is the haircut awful, she didn’t say anything when I said I didn’t like it, and yanked my hair multiple times with the comb. Completely unprofessional.I called the 1800 number (as requested in their reply) and they forwarded my complaint to the owner. They have not bothered to contact me. Not surprised. Worst haircut of my life. I have never cried after getting a haircut but this is basically a mullet. After I said some of the layers were way too short she just kept cutting. I requested my son’s hair to be shorter on the top and 1 on sides and back, she completely just gave him this weird wanna be military hair cut.The woman wasn’t gentle and she was rushing to get us out of the door (don’t know why? when there were only two people waiting).
