I went in, like usual, my sides faded and wanted to keep all the length on top. She had my normal haircut ticket in hand, and even asked what I wanted to confirm, I told her the normal face for the sides and said that I am growing out the top and to keep it all. This woman (new hire?) proceeded to cut all the length on top that I had been growing out. She cut it down to a small fraction of what was there. I’ve nearly got a buzz cut now, it’s a shame. I’ve been going to this same shop for years and always got a fantastic haircut. However, I will not be returning or recommending them anymore after this experience.
