Went to this location to get a new hairstyle and with the supplied picture reference Jolene was able to give me a version of the style that fit my face and head perfectly. She also took her time with the cut, it wasn’t a rush cut to get me in and out of the door which was great. Other people there getting their haircuts seemed very pleased with their’s as well. Great location! The price for the cut and shampoo is very comparable with the other local prices as well. The wait time wasn’t bad at all, about 15 minutes while other locations like Sportsclips was 2 hours and John Kutz was completely booked. I will definitely be coming back here from now on!

I have been going to Great Clips for year’s. Well, last night I walked in, waited 20 minutes to have the ladies (2 of them) tell me they couldn’t cut my hair without a picture. I brought a picture. 5 as a matter of fact. 1 how I wanted the back, 1 how I wanted the sides, 2 how I wanted the bangs ( options), and one with a lady with a bun with soft tendrils falling about her face. They told me I needed a picture all together of what I wanted, then suggested I go to JC Pennies. I was so floored, I didn’t even know what to say to that except. “Really”, like several times. I have never been refused service. And it wasn’t as though I was in there miss behaving or acting up. They just didn’t want to do it. As a person who use to work in the service industry, I am a very good tipper. I went to JC Pennies, got a wonderful haircut from Lisa Peak. She charged me 37.00 ( well with it). And I tipped her 23.00. I walked out looking like a super model. Great clips has lost my business, but I feel like I need to thank them for sending me to JC Pennies.

I just don’t even know where to start. It seemed to start out fine. And while it was wet it didn’t look bad. But then it dried. I think I was her last client of the day because I saw her packing up after I left. Regardless, what I ended up with was nowhere near what I went in for.

Needed to have haircut from yesterday corrected by stylist, Kathy, so I was there first thing this morning. Kathy was amazing in that she not only corrected the cut, but took the extra time to check how it looks blow dried. It’s now perfect, which is important since we have our daughter’s wedding on Saturday. My suggestion to other unhappy clients, talk to your stylist first, before writing that bad review.
