JUST FANTASTIC! An impromptu visit as I start a new job next week. Admittedly I was a tad nervous as I have long naturally curly hair, but I really needed it cleaned up and asked for layers. I showed my stylist a few pictures and explained the look I wanted and she DELIVERED!!! oh my gosh, if I was pretty, I’d show the front. I’m so pleased!!! And my stylist was the sweetest lady, full of warmth and hospitality. THANK YOU!!! .. I left with wet hair and ZERO product – this pic was taken when it dried!

I made an appointment online same day. It started a little late but not too bad. My stylist was very nice. I wanted a wash and cut but she seemed very busy. I might have needed to book the wash as well and didn’t. I recommend them just be sure to book online because they are very busy.

First off my needs are simple. I just go for a haircut which is $20.00. They have a different system in which to get in. You either walk in and then you are at the mercy of line of people ahead of you or you check in on line. When you check in it gives the approximate wait time. So you know when to show up.

Stylist just gave up during my haircut and was talking to herself about how she needed to get out of there and enjoy her day off. Don’t start a haircut if you are not going to take the time to finish it. I pointed out that one side of my head had way more hair that the other and stylist seemed annoyed. Before even asking if it looked better she unbuttoned the cover and said I can take you up front. Going somewhere else now like I should have done to begin with.

I usually go to the wards corner location. But they inconveniently close at 6pm. So that brought me to the ghent location. I think I will just drive here from now on. The lady that cut my hair. Number one did an excellent job and my hair looks amazing. She was also very nice and super friendly. I am terrible with names. So I don’t remember hers. But if you need a hair cut. Then they are fast and affordable.
