I’m not sure what happened to steak and shake. But they definitely changed their food. Hadn’t been for a couple of years. The burgers did not taste like steak burgers any longer. And the buns were new and not very good.. pretty disappointed

I took my daughter here to fix a botched haircut from another Great Clips location. I was greeted very pleasantly by Eric, who checked my daughter in and made her a priority for the re-cut. Jonathan called us over when he finished with his client and I showed him how uneven (at least an inch and a half shorter on one side) my daughter’s hair was. He took her back and re-cut her hair. It turned out beautifully and she was very happy with it. We really appreciate the time and care that turned a bad experience into a great one.

There is older lady, she got jacket and throw it next chair and my jacket dropped the floor right away. I told her last time you cut my hair and i want top back shorter than front. She cut short all the hair again.. when i told her front is short again top back same .. she said she did how i want and she get mad and she finished the cutting hair next 2 minutes and didn’t clean any hair from my face and my neck. And i was regular customer for this location 6-7 years. I wont come here any more !!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueLiterally the worst hair cut I have ever got. The stylist was rude/very short and literally did the exact opposite of what I asked for. I asked for a trim and for the left side of my hair to be evened out because the layers were off. Instead she cut way more than I wanted and chopped into the opposite side of my hair. I now have layers in my hair that are literally 4 inches long. I looked at it and it was obviously uneven on both sides. When I say uneven I mean at least over an inch and a half difference. That is the bottom of my hair not even the layers. I’m in the process of growing my hair out and this haircut is such a joke.
