I recently got my kid’s hair cut done. They did a good job on cutting his hair the way I mentioned earlier. Everything was good and when we ask to do any changes in the hair cut they did that but could have been better. I do appreciate that they helped me to use my card manually even if i left at home. So overall good job.

This used to be a good place for haircut pre-covid days. The service I got today was terrible. I was about to show her a sample photo of mine to let the stylist know what am looking for; but she was rude and said – ” a picture is not gonna help me in any case” and ended up cutting my hair in accodance to her wish. The end result was I am now hating to look myself in the mirror.

I’ve been a customer of Great Clips for years, I’ve never had a problem. As a matter of fact, I’d give all the stylist 5 stars! The problem I’m having with Great Clips is the increase in the cost of a haircut, since the covid pandemic began. I get the same buzz haircut I’ve gotten for years. Since the beginning of the pandemic and the shops reopened, my buzz cut has gone from $14 a cut to $20 a cut!
