Critical: ProfessionalismThe haircut for my aunt was fine but I was not happy that they would not let her use the restroom. She is 89 years old and used a walker to come in. The stylist said they do not have public restrooms. I asked if she could go since she was a customer. She said No, due to COVID. To me that is not a reason especially since the chairs in the lobby are not 6 feet apart And there were no wipes or anything to wipe them down. I will not return to this location. The haircut for my aunt was fine but I was not happy that they would not let her use the restroom. She is 89 years old and used a walker to come in. The stylist said they do not have public restrooms. I asked if she could go since she was a customer. She said No, due to COVID. To me that is not a reason especially since the chairs in the lobby are not 6 feet apart And there were no wipes or anything to wipe them down. I will not return to this location. Very disappointed.

Critical: ProfessionalismFaced with a broken hot water heater the day before Thanksgiving, I googled hair salons and called this location. The lady that answered said if my hair was past my shoulders it would be $37 and I should arrive before 7pm. I checked in on line, and arrived at 5 mins before 6. I sat and waited while the only person working cut someone’s hair. I was surprised that there was an unsupervised child playing a few stations down. Upon completing the check in, I was asked for my address which I politely told her I declined to give. She told me that if I wanted a cut I had to provide it. I jokingly chuckled and said good thing for me I don’t want a cut, just a shampoo blow dry. She abruptly said ‘can’t you see the board we don’t offer that here!’I advised her that I had called earlier in the day and had been assured that the service was now being offered. She said, ‘you clearly called the long location’. I advised her that I had specifically called the one next to fresh market, because it was my intention to go there after my service to pick up something for dinner. She rolled her eyes and said I don’t know what to tell you. As I began to leave I turned and ask her for the owners information. She laughed and said I’m not giving you that, you can just call corporate?? Faced with a broken hot water heater the day before Thanksgiving, I googled hair salons and called this location. The lady that answered said if my hair was past my shoulders it would be $37 and I should arrive before 7pm. I checked in on line, and arrived at 5 mins before 6.
