The stylist must have been having a bad day because as I was trying to explain the cut I wanted she immediately went off on me telling me I can’t tell her I want three different kinds of hair cuts in one. I should have walked out right then but sadly I assumed she would calm down and cut my hair as I described. She literally “cut my hair” in less than two minutes and took the cover off of me. I asked, “Am I done”? She said yes “I wouldn’t let you out of the chair if you weren’t”. I stood up and collected my things and paid. Trying to be the better person I even tipped her assuming she’s having an off day and it might help change her bad attitude. Upon seeing me my wife asked, “Did you get your hair cut”? I said, ” Yes but I’m not happy at all”. And I described the interaction as noted above. I have been going to this location for several years and have noticed the employees seemed to have picked up negative attitudes no matter how polite their customers present themselves. I Will Not Go To This Location Again. Actually I will most likely Never Go to any Great Clips ever again.

Today I received the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I asked for layers with a texturizer. I’ve had this done multiple times in the 4 years I’ve gone to this location. The woman had no idea how to do it. I feel as if this is a pretty basic skill as I’ve never ever had anyone not know how to do it. She said the one woman in the whole store (Mary) was the only one that can. I know that’s not true as I’ve had others do it before. She also seemed as if she had no idea what it was too at first. So I said just layers with a regular scissor would be great – not a problem at all. I asked for a good amount of layers as my hair felt ‘bottom heavy’. I’m honestly not picky when it comes to my hair. I just think the layers look better and flow more nicely with a texturizer. Layers are layers. She butchered my layers and I didn’t notice till I came home. I came in with a pretty distinct side part. Usually the hair stylists either assume this is the part I like as I’m walking in with it like that or they ask before they cut. She must of assumed I had a middle part because one side had drastic short layers and the other doesn’t. The layers that are in my hair are choppy and uneven. I’m honestly speechless. There’s nothing that can be really done to fix it except cutting my hair shorter.

I’m no “Fancy Dan,” so I don’t need an expensive, drawn-out haircut. Great Clips, with its reasonable prices and usually fast turn around, fits the bill for me. I usually get the cut I want, even though the stylists seemed rushed. I understand: they’re trying to make a buck.

Absolutely terrible Haircut. Did not listen at all to what I said or even pay attention to the pictures I showed them of how I wanted it cut. Do not go here if you want a decent haircut. The first cut showed that he didn’t pay attention at all to what I wanted, but after they cut it too short, what else are you gonna do? They can’t glue it back on so I had to sit there and let him cut the rest of it and had to stop him from cutting it even shorter. It’s like he decided to do his own thing withy hair instead of what I showed him. Absolutely terrible place to get your haircut
