They did a good job washing and shaping our 10-year-old’s hair and we went in with a coupon. They adhere to their online appointment. We didn’t have one and our wait was about 45 minutes so we left and went to home Depot. Very friendly!

I always get my hair cut here. The wait isn’t usually too long. You can use the app to check-in before you arrive, see the wait and beat the line. I never do and still wait 15 minutes at the most. I don’t request or use a specific stylist. Of course, some are better than others, but I do not recall ever having a bad haircut here. I’ve been going for years and fully intend to keep going back despite there being many, many other choices in the area. The stylists work quickly and there are a couple that push you through like cattle, but if you want something different (shorter for me), they are always polite and accommodating. The prices have crept up more than I would like and I seriously doubt it is going to the stylists, so be sure to still tip them well. Every once in a while, you can catch a coupon for a $5 or $6 haircut, which is a great deal! Still though, tip the stylists well….they earn and deserve it.
