Worst great clips I’ve been to. Extremely rude service. She clearly didn’t want to spend any more time on me. She made rude comments about my hair and didn’t even ask if it was short enough or good just pulled the apron off and said somebody would handle payment then walked away. Wish I could give them a zero and get a refund.

If I could rate no star, I would. Worst experience ever. White stylist told me she thought my hair would be more manageable, wanted to use a spray conditioner before cutting my very natural hair. After the third drop of her comb and her asking my advice on how she should cut, I told her to stop. On my way out she told me I should come back to see Monica tomorrow so she could fix it. I’m guessing Monica is black. I told her I would have appreciated that info from the start instead of her attempting to do something she had no experience in.

OK last time. This time during 20 minute drive to salon, app showed 0 wait time all the way, still showing 0 when I checked in from parking lot. The only stylist visible was working a complex styling. Somebody came out and said “It shouldn’t be too long” and after another 5 minutes waiting I left.
