For getting a last minute haircut this place is OK. The lady who cut my hair this time didn’t seem too into it or lazy about it. The holders they put the clippers in didn’t look like they cleaned it out in days and just felt disgusting to me. Granted they sprayed some kind of disinfectant but not enough to satisfy my mind. Also the price seems a little high as with my usual place I get a more professional haircut, small neck massage, and someone who looks like they care about their job for the same price.

This is the second time I’ve been to a Great Clips, and I’ve been really satisfied both times. It took the second visit to find out they use a system to keep details about your haircut that is attached to your account. Even though I went to a different location, they already knew what number on the sides, hairline shape, etc. That’s pretty slick. Both visits were fast, and their app, which is required, actually makes everything easier. You can see the wait times for locations near you; then just tap one to jump into the queue, and it’ll keep you posted on when to be there. Nice!

I was recently a recipient of Clips of Kindness. I have cancer and will be going thru chemo starting next wk. I went to get my hair cut off preparing for when I start losing it. Worst experience ever! The lady that did my hair was grumpy and complained that she was working late to cover for someone. I should have left then. Went for a simple haircut. She hurriedly ran the shears through my hair and asked how it looked. It was wet, but as far as I could tell it seemed even. Got home and washed and dried it. It is unbelievable uneven, and completely messed up. That’s what I get for thinking I can get a decent haircut at a reasonable price. Never again. Having to spend $$ just to get it fixed. Stay away from this place!
