i usually don’t write reviews because i don’t care enough, but i went in here a couple days ago to get a trim to get rid of my dead ends. i asked for layers just to give my hair some volume, and i walked out super unhappy. it doesn’t look horrible, but the layers just don’t look good at all. they aren’t blended out and it’s just straight across and looks like someone forgot to cut the longer pieces lol. the people there were nice, but every time i’ve gone in here my hair is uneven or just looks like the picture. maybe i’m overreacting but i’m not happy and have to get this mess fixed again.

I asked for layers, but I have chunks of hair just chopped straight out of it and now I’m going to have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Worst haircut I’ve ever received. I was there this morning and we didn’t blow dry it so I didn’t know how bad it was until I got home and straightened it. I asked for layers, but I have chunks of hair just chopped straight out of it and now I’m going to have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. They should NOT be cutting hair still with this quality of work. I probably could have done it better myself with kitchen scissors.

Walked in with no other clients in the shop thinking to myself great this is going to be easy. Little did I know the only way they would see us is if I go online, create and register an account and then make an appointment. I asked if I had to since I’m here and the shop was empty but the young lady said sorry you have too. Well, guess they weren’t worried about working or making any tips. Sad business!
